Service Desk

From scattered rows to work you can follow.

Fictional data. This browser only. Starts with 25 fictional customers and 60 jobs. Changes stay in local storage on this device—not a hosted customer database, not shared with Nick or another visitor. Clearing browser data removes them. Do not enter or upload real customer information. This is an illustrative workflow, not a client case study.

Try the 60–90 second workflow

  1. Load sample CSV, preview its exceptions and approve two rows.
  2. Find Avery, open their history and complete a job.
  3. Check the open count, drill into records, then export or reset.

What needs attention?

Snapshot: September 22, 2026

Open = any status except Complete. Overdue = open with a due date before the snapshot date. Age = calendar days since opened. Counts use all saved jobs, not the customer search. Select a count to see its exact records below.

Customers & history

Review before you move data

Import fictional customer/job rows. Use the sample’s exact eight columns, ISO dates and @example.invalid emails. Maximum 100 KB / 200 rows. Nothing is sent to a server. Duplicate candidates and rejected rows stay visible; correct them in the CSV and preview again.

No preview yet. Nothing has been imported.

Last import reconciliation

No import yet.

Keep the result—or start over

Export includes all saved customers/jobs, not only the current report. Reload reads this browser’s saved state. Reset replaces only this demo’s data with the original fictional snapshot.

Could this simplify your workflow?

A real client build has separately agreed hosting, access, imports, backups and handoff. Start with a conversation, then a paid scoped review before a quoted build.
