Ongoing care · One site · Clear limits
Your website can
keep growing.
A new idea, a better layout, a little more polish. Keep improving your CPL-built website with a direct line to your builder.
Optional monthly plans for existing CPL-built sites. We confirm fit, scope and the billing start date before enrollment.
For steady improvements
Care Plus — $99/month
Three small improvement requests per billing month, up to 30 minutes each and 90 minutes total. Review, implementation, testing, deployment and one consolidated revision per request all count toward that allowance.
- Batch small text, photo and link updates into one request.
- Refresh a homepage section, adjust an existing gallery layout or refine an existing form—after scope confirmation.
- A basic monthly site health check: key public pages, links and obvious errors. This is not continuous monitoring or a security audit.
- Direct, business-hours asynchronous support; acknowledgment within two business days.
For a site that keeps evolving
Feature Partner — $299/month
Up to three scoped requests and four total delivery hours per billing month. Discussion, implementation, testing, deployment and revisions count toward the allowance.
- Small custom features and more involved improvements, scoped before work starts.
- One active request at a time, with an agreed delivery estimate.
- A basic monthly site health check and direct business-hours asynchronous support; acknowledgment within two business days.
- Larger features receive a separate fixed-price estimate. This is not a promise of three major features.
How requests work
Send the outcome you want and the material we need. We confirm whether it fits your plan before starting, then work through one active request at a time. Care Plus targets delivery within five business days of confirmed scope and materials; more involved work receives its own estimate. These are delivery targets, not emergency-service guarantees.
If a request is too large, we agree a smaller scope or quote it separately. No surprise overages, automatic upgrades or borrowing from future months. Revisions use the same time allowance; a new direction is a new request.
What stays separate
Each plan covers one existing CPL-built site, not a new website build. Domains, hosting, storage, paid APIs, payment processing and other third-party services are separate. New checkout systems, authentication, integrations, database redesigns and major redesigns require separate estimates. AI-assistant operations and usage are scoped separately; these website plans do not replace a custom AI care agreement.
No unlimited tweaks, continuous monitoring, 24/7 support or emergency response are included. Repairs outside the existing warranty count toward the work allowance or receive a separate quote; a health check does not promise unlimited repairs.
Your first 60 days are on us
Every paid website package and custom build includes 60 free days of Care Plus, starting at handoff. That covers bug fixes in the agreed scope plus Care Plus’s monthly improvement requests. Bug fixes never use up your improvement allowance, and anything reported during the 60 days stays covered until it’s resolved. Afterward, continuing at $99/month is your choice—billing never starts automatically.
Simple monthly terms
- Monthly service is paid in advance, starting on the agreed billing date. The recurring price and enrollment are confirmed in writing before billing begins.
- Unused requests and time do not roll over. Accepted work delayed by CPL remains owed and does not consume the next month’s allowance.
- Cancel before your next renewal by emailing nick@centerpointlabs.dev. Service continues through the paid month, with no further renewal.
- Your purchased perpetual site license remains yours after cancellation. Hosting and third-party service arrangements remain separate.
- Existing customers opt in voluntarily; no automatic enrollment or changes to existing agreements. A specific written agreement takes precedence.
Need more sustained development? Our $2,500/month retainer reserves separately agreed capacity, with its own deliverables and limits.
