Custom AI assistants & agents · Hill Country businesses
The answer may already be in your business. It’s just spread across systems, files, and somebody’s inbox.
Center Point Labs builds custom AI assistants that help your team find it, understand it, and prepare the next step—with you in control.
Built around your business. Scope and costs discussed individually.
Useful work, not another thing to manage
For a service company, shop, office, or small manufacturer, the right starting point is usually a specific, repeated task—not an overhaul of the whole business.
Bring together the information behind a job, customer request, or order so your team knows what needs attention.
Search approved business documents and records. Point people to the source, so they can check the details that matter.
Prepare a customer update, internal handoff, or next-step checklist for review. Your team decides what goes out.
Built to work within your boundaries
An assistant helps people find and understand information. An agent can carry out a defined sequence of steps. Both need a clear job and clear limits.
A focused start
Walk through a task, who does it, and where the information lives. Choose a useful outcome and check what access is possible.
Use approved data and a small set of questions. Set access limits, review steps, and evaluation criteria before the pilot begins.
Check accuracy, missing information, usefulness, and running costs together. Refine, expand, or stop based on what the pilot actually shows.
From the lab · Research prototype
Explore CPL’s operations assistant prototype. A live Claude connection has been verified on a small fictional sample. It illustrates the approach—not a client deployment or a completed connection to a manufacturing business system. Answers can contain errors and should be checked against the records.

Before we build
Pricing is discussed individually for each business. The workflow, integration work, data preparation, expected AI usage, hosting, and support all shape the proposal. Setup and ongoing costs are identified before you commit; there is no one-size-fits-all package.
That is part of discovery. CPL checks whether the software offers a suitable API, export, or other approved access method. Vendor permissions and data quality matter. If a connection is not practical, we will say so and discuss a smaller starting point.
Before connecting anything, we agree what data is needed, who can access it, which AI and hosting providers would handle it, and the appropriate storage and retention arrangements. Share a description of the workflow in your first inquiry—not passwords or confidential records.
Paid custom builds include CPL’s 30-day bug-fix support from handoff. Pilot assistance, ongoing monitoring, usage limits, hosting, maintenance, and future changes are discussed and documented for your project. Licensing and source handoff are also confirmed in the written scope.
Built here. Around the way you work.
Tell us about one task, the tools involved, and what a better day would look like. That is enough to start a useful conversation.
The inquiry form prepares an email for you to review and send.
